At Sokawaii, your natural lashes always come first. Our premium fibers and latex-free waterproof glue are gentle, and our unique application system is designed to be safer than regular cluster lashes. For the healthiest results, we recommend one-time use for each cluster (especially now that every box comes with plenty!) — this keeps everything clean, fresh, and kind to your natural lashes. ✨

📦 How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 24 hours.
If you order before 10AM HST, your package almost always goes out the same day — and most Hawai‘i orders arrive next day.

• O‘ahu: Usually next-day or within 2 days

• Outer Islands (Maui, Big Island, Kaua‘i, Lana‘i): Within 2-3 business days

• Mainland U.S.: 4–5 business days (often faster depending on order time)

• International: Available — shipping times + costs vary by location 💭

⏳ How long does a set last? (one month or more)

• Each box includes 50–55 clusters (enough for ~4–5 full sets).

• Each set can be worn 4–7 days.

• For health + cleanliness, we recommend one-time use, but if you reuse, a box can stretch even longer.

• With this new collection (and its better value), you can easily enjoy a fresh set every week without the refill price tag:)

🧴 How long does the glue last?
Our new Glue + Seal Kit lasts about 2+ months of use.
It’s the same SoKawaii favorite formula you love — now in a sleeker, lightweight bottle so it’s easier to take on the go. Only 3 premium ingredients, made in Korea 🇰🇷✨

💦 Are they waterproof? Can I sleep in them?
Yes! They’re waterproof, sweatproof, and safe for overnight wear when applied properly — designed to move with your active life.

🎥 Are they beginner-friendly? How do I apply?
Absolutely. These lashes are made for beginners:

• Each box has plenty of extra pieces so you can practice worry-free.

• We also offer pre-glued options (just stick + go — no glue needed).

• For daily active wear, we recommend our regular glue application for the longest hold.

• Every first order includes a step-by-step tutorial link, and you can also check our Instagram videos for extra tips.

⏱️ How long does it take to apply? How long does it last?
About 5–7 minutes once you get the hang of it.

• Active lifestyles (once a week) use more glue if humid weather or very active:) and dont forget to seal:) 

• Less active wear/occasional wear = longer hold.
