Processing Time

• Orders placed before 10 a.m. HST ship out the same day.

• Orders placed after 11 a.m. HST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• O‘ahu: usually delivered within 1–2 business days ✨

• Outer Islands (Maui, Big Island, Kaua‘i, etc.): typically 3–4 business days or less

• Mainland U.S.: approximately 5 business days or less depending on location
